I can't move my topics. Help?

So I am organizing my forum, and I want a topic moved. I try to move it, but none of my threads show up on the drop down list to move it too. do I have something set up wrong? The topic in question is 'Role Call' in the chatterbox section, and I want to move it to my 'welcome' section:

At the bottom of the topic you will see mod tools. Click the icon that has the move and click the new section and it will be placed in the new section.

Nevermind!
The text in the drop down menu is black, as is the background of the drop down menu.
The threads were there, I just couldn't see them xD
