Problems now when members try to post

Hello I have woke up to many problems this morning with my site.
Now a member says:
Please help, I am getting real angry. Something needs to be done
Now a member says:
hmmm should I mention now that whenever I make a post, I have to reload the page? The site tries to take me back to the forums page and times out every single time
