Uploading .ico files.
I followed every instruction in the Frequently asked Questions sub forum and used PhotoFiltre, but now how do I upload the .ico file onto a site so that I can get a direct url to be placed where it says "Other Meta Tags" on the Administration Panel?
Please help.

Nazar, I have the image in .ico form, I just need to upload it somewhere.
I re-read it. File Den asks for personal information to use it, and I am not comfortable registering for it.

Ok. I did that and have the direct link, but now I have two problems.
-The image is not transparent anymore.
-The image does not appear on every page on my forum, only the index.
Re: Uploading .ico files.
Is your image have a little bit of the background?
Because i do not think you can have a 100% transparent favicon image

The image has an entirely white background, even though the image itself was originally transparent.
Edit: Ok, I uploaded it again. Now I have a little bit a black background on it.

Not exactly. I can't get the image to appear on every page on my forum.
(If that's even possible.)

When I tried using that code, <!-- début script Favicon --><link rel='SHORTCUT ICON' href=https://2img.net/h/oi32.tinypic.com/m983v7.png><!-- fin script Favicon --, in the description box, my entire forum disappeared except for the banner and for the administration panel link. It went back to normal when I removed it.
Re: Uploading .ico files.
Be sure you haven't cut the code accidently. Also, your .png must be in format: 16x16 pixels and saved as indexed picture (256 colors).
