ShoutBox help plz Empty ShoutBox help plz

Hi, i have been reading a lot of threads as i am trying to create a ShoutBox for my forum. I have got this code
<noscript>Enable Javascript to get full functionality of this <a href="http://www.freeshoutbox.net/">shoutbox</a><br /></noscript><iframe src="http://THE Nemesis.freeshoutbox.net/" height="300" width="500" frameborder="0" scrolling="auto"></iframe>
and pasted it into Display--> Homepage--> Homepage message and made sure HTML was on.

When refreshed my forum, the top is blank and i just dont know what im doing wrong, can you help plz? I wondered if i was using the wrong style board or not updated something? Sorry pretty new to all this and am trying Smile
