Refreshing

Im trying to edit my forum, lets say if I click "Forum:Mangment" Sometimes it lets me go there, and sometimes not. By not I mean it refreshes. I tryed doing the older version and it did nothing. Help!

Im using AOL if that is needed.

Edit:Now im trying to delete it and its not working. I got the link from my email but it keeps going to the admin panel.

Is that similar to the problem i'm experiencing? I changed the background image for my forum. It changed in the Admin Panel, but its just NOT changing on the forum index. ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

No, that didn't answer my problem, but i've solved MINE anyway, the background image was actually IN the code, so i couldn't change it. Don't mark as solved though, because this isnt' my thread. Cheers anyway MrMario
