What controls the quote border color? I'd like to change quote box border color to black in phpBB33 (prosilver), but I can't locate it from the colors menu or from the basic CSS.

Add this to your css.

Change the color code to your liking.

Thanks for the help. Actually I couldn't get it working, so I started to tweak and found out that I had to copy Basic CSS code to the CSS Stylesheet, disable Basic CSS and then change the blockquote border color from the CSS code.

Now it works great!
