how do you 'sticky' a topic? ( Solved )
I see the sticky icon on our forum but no command to actually use it.What am i missing?
Here's the topic i was trying to 'stick'

Hi P4P, When you create a topic on your forum , scroll down under the reply box, You should see something that says "Options" with a little " + ". Open that and it will dropdown options for you to make a sticky, announcement, etc. I hope that helps.

Now i know why i didn't see it.Went to fix this and it's because it's NOT there.

i found the place where you change versions and switched to phbb2.Then i went back to this topic-kliked edit-found options and now the topic IS a sticky!!
