Hacker Threat

i have recieved a hacker threat by a account on our site. it keeps becoming a admin after we take it off. then even after we deleted the account. it said the account exists but it doesnt show up anywhere on our site. is there a way to make a exact copy of our site in case this hacker attacks. our site is http://wiiownagearmy.darkbb.com/portal.htm on the xat chatbox i am [ẄǾΛ]_{Ŀэαðεr}ŦĈƒ{№1}_¢čłŀǿγđ™{Ownialators} plz talk to me and say ur form the forums support.

and a big problem nao at 8:45 EST. it wont let me navigate the panel. it says 'Cant oblain Rank, smile or any other kind of data' and wen i try to read a topic. it says 'Could not obtail post/user info' WATS HAPPENING!!!!!!! this is prolly the hacker. help me make a backup b4 he totally destroys the site.

What horrifc timing. the "could nto obtain post/user infor" and being locked out of forums started happening to many forums at about the same time. If this is a hacker, he hacked into forumotion, not the individual forums.

I've seen this happen once before, so I doubt it is the hacker. Hopefully, all of our forums will be back up and running soon, completely undamaged.

Same thing is happening to my forum.I can't log into the Admin Panel and I can't read posts... Hem

I can log into the Admin Panel and read posts. I can't view profiles, messages, etc.

Try switching over to Simple Mode. It works on mine. I demoted everyone to member in case the hacker tries to come in as one of them.

FireFox must have done it, he hacked my moderators account and used my moderators mod. power to delete stuff, so I deleted the account. I haven't heard from him again yet. This is probably the 10 forum he attacked.

Yeah, but that doesn't solve the, "Could not obtain post/user information."

why does everybody get bad thoughts.. this could be an inspection of the forums. and if theres no word on improvement for the next... 2 days, then u have a reason to fear.

This is no hacker threat - but more a server or software related problem. Techs will solve it as soon as possible.
