Gallery Photos Not Being Shown on Portal

Hi,

I put our Gallery on the portal for the first time today and set the permissions so that only members could view the Gallery. So far we have a forum album and three user albums. When we view the Gallery it shows a few photosgraphs from the forum album and two of the users' albums.

Would someone please explain why particular photos are being shown?

One user has some photos that would be of interest to the other members, but none of them are shown.

We can still only see some and not all of the phots. Please can someone advise us how to view ALL the photos in the gallery?? For some reason we are just being shown a small selection and we do not know why that is...
