Not sure it will work, but you can try using the admin utils panel and restore your forum to a date before you deleted the member.

MIGHT work. On the other hand .. might not.

I Just Tried That, But It Not Work. Sad So, Using The Notification Email I Got, I'm Going To Email Them, And Hope For The Best! ( Glad I Enabled The Manual Notification Option!) Still, Considering That This Happened, I Not Sure If He Will Sign Back Up Or Not, But, Like I Said, I'll Just Hope For The Best!

I would be very surprised if you explained the situation and that his account was accidentally deleted that he would not rejoin. That would be rather stupid, imo.
