Thank me option

How I can set option "thank me" in the post some user.
Example


And their karma is something like letter of thanks.
I see that option on many other forums,and I don`t no how to set.

Pls help.

This feature is not currently supported with forumotion however it has been placed in the suggestions section to hopefully have the techs implement this feature
