Whats going on?!

Whats is wrong? I try to post something in my forum but I can. It says at the bottom of the page that my forums is "Locked", but I can still modify it. Does it say that until someone has made the First Post?

Are you the admin? For admins, if you have a "locked" forum, you can post anyway, but your members can't.

Your forum isn't locked. The "New messages", "No new messages", "Forum is locked" are a legend which indicates what each icon (beside each section) mean. So, if you don't see the "Forum is locked" icon beside your sections, your forum isn't locked.

For example here on this board, the blue smiley at the left hand side of the garbage section means that Garbage is locked.

Is there a way that I can get the icons here on the forums of the forums to be on mine?

Yes you can use a few of this forum's icons, as long as you don't fully copy this forum's style at the point that users may get confused between forums..

You can find the .psd (photoshop) or .xcf (gimp) files, and the .png files (without these white pixels around the pics) at this page : http://ishimaru-design.bbgraf.com/eb-themes-part-h13.html

You can ask to have a background color added to make a fake transparency, or put the .png pics as they are and ask me the code I used on my site for the .png transparency under Internet Explorer 6.

But at any case, you will have to re-host the pics, because they are on my personal photobucket album and I don't want to have my bandwidth drained uselessly.
