Im lookin at the ip's of the guest veiwing myforum and it has one from the Russian Federation? What does that mean is that a google bot or what? Just kinda has me thinking

What's strange about that? Various guests visit the forum, they can come from Russia, China, South Africa.. from eveywhere...

Oh okay well it said Russian Federation so i was thinking like the government lol so is that just a normal guest then?

Could be. It doesn't mean its bad. Those people who work there do have a life and maybe wanted to check your site out for personal use.
