Super moderators still has normal member picture under name

hope you can help me as i have a super moderater and they still have new member as there title and picture,, it should say super moderator and have a picture for super moderator... at the moment they look like normal members apart from there name is colored

Super Moderator is a special ranks,

So you will need first to set ther ranks into Super Moderators,

Panel=> Search the User who are ur Super Moderators => Profile

Set ther ranks into Super Moderators..

Save!

and in ur Ranks ther should be an image that recognized them as a moderator so it will appear to ther profile with ther color names,

How do it ?

Huh? can't get ur, lol..

You have to create a a new Rank.

Admin Panel>Users&Groups> Rank Administration>Add New Rank Fill in the info including the URL to the Rank bar(if it is a moderator or similar rank you may want to set it as a special rank. That way only the Admin can make a person that rank. With this option checked a minimum post count is not needed.)>Save

To appoint a rank to someone:

Admin Panel>Users&Groups>Users>Click on a user>scroll to bottom of page>On special rank set the rank wished.>Save
