If you mean credits as in having rights to buy things to the forum (templates etc.)

You go to: Admin Panel > Misc > Credits Management > Buy Credits and follow the rest of the steps.


If you mean it in another sense then please can you describe it a little bit. As for reputation points, I can't answer that, but someone else will fill that in for you
