free points/credits

hi
i want that if someone register on my forum then he/she will automaticaly get 50 points/credits..
how to do?

Its not possible.

You could do it manually, so that whenever someone registers you can reward them with 50 points.

But like MrMario said, there is no auto-point reward for that I believe.

there is, i cant belive a global moderator dont know the way of this.

I have to know what do u want, POINTS or CREDITS
points are automatic system on forumotion, u can gain points with posting
but if u as an admin have restricted that option theres no need for this type of points

so this is if u have restricted automatic gaining of points and if u want to make credits too

go to admin panel/users&groups/profile and scroll down u will see at the bottom "special fields" on right side is + click on it

type: NUMBER
name: Points (but u can put any name u want here)
Necessarily field: no
preview: profile and messages
Who can modify the profile field value ?: just admins so dont mark anything
Separator : back to the line
max numbers: as u like
default value: 50

hit save and replace the content
