Admin Tools Updates

I keep reading about Admin tools updates but when i follow the instructions on where they are I dont see them. Is this something I have to download or does Admin Tools update themselves? Thanks.

Eventually, you have to enable advanced mode first what offers some additional options. You can find the "simple | Advanced" buttons on all pages within the admin panel.

Some bottons like adding flash, youtube or daily motion are missing from the reply tools! How can I add them. Pls Help
