Missing some admin tools

I think I am missing some admintools.
I cant get new smileys, create ranks or edit permissions for the categorys of my forum-
Do you know what I`ve migth have done wrong?

( I Think there migth be more missing, but this i what i need now)

Yes I can acsess it and create new categorys and a few other things, but as i mentioned, I`M missing some tools

Do you have a blank page or something ? Can you make one or two screenshots because It's hard to see the problem

Open up Admin CP and then press on Advanced paratments or what it's called.

Unfortunatly, I am having the same issue. Such as on when I go to edit my forums.. I am missing the permissions admin.

That is how it should look, but this is how mine looks...



The red parts are where missing things should be.

Mine also is missing thing such as Permissions in the user/group admin, plus ranks and inactive users. It should look like this...

But it doesnt. It looks like this...



I thought I just wasn't finding the right thing... but come to find out, it wasn't ME. Its the forum missing parts of it. >.<

Hi,

It seems like you need to click the "advanced parameters" link in the top right of the admin panel.

Let me know if clicking that solves the problem
