Old threads disappearing

I'm running a D&D campaign in my forum http://rockhammerhold.msnyou.com/forum.htm and I've noticed that some of the older threads are starting to disappear. I have gone through the Administration Panel, then the General tab, then under forum went to the Categories and Forums page and under Modify a Forum tab I have Auto-prunning Enabled clicked to "No".

Any idea why I'm losing old threads? Am I maybe over a limit or something?

Are they going on to a second page? The page numbers are very small.
