Domain expired

Hi i went to access my forum yesterday only to find it did not exist...it said the domain name had expired....basically i assumed i would have received some sort of e-mail to remind me that this was up for renewal??
Where do go from here? how can i renew it if i can't access it?

Edited to add i did purchase enough points to buy the domain name for 2 years...hence the assumption i'd be notified after the first year!

Firstly you can get to it using the orignal domain name ie .forum.net etc
Then you will be able to buy it again if you have paidfor 2 years and its not been 2 years check as it may no have taken the credits then report.
For now though email all members with the old domain till its sorted

Hi, yeah i bought 2 years worth and paid for a year so i know i have the other 1600 points sitting there, unfortunately i do not remember the original domain name to be precise...but i'll have a go.....maybe i'll hit lucky.

It was a .forumotion.com address.....still coming up as expired .....so as i have paid for this and no one(moderators) appear to want to help/know the solution....i will however accept a full refund for the credits i have outstanding.........not much use to me if i can't access it!!

I try to access and get a page with "domain expired" .....how am i meant to buy it back if i can't access the page to do it?
