Font color for Legend, Moderator, Permissions, etc

Does anyone know how to change the font colors of these 3 lines below?

I have the phpbb3.

These can be found inside a topic near the bottom of the forum table.

i know that in phpbb 2 they are on display >> colours

worth a look if you havent yet

I've tried every place I know even the CSS file, but nothing will change that color. Its barely visible now becuase the font is black and my background is almost black.
