admin/moderator font color Empty admin/moderator font color

i cannot seem to find out how to change the font color for admin/moderators. i looked in the style admin under colors, but every thing i change for admin/moderator regarding font color does not actually change the font. it is blue (with a black bg) and it is very hard to read. help!

Hi, have you verified that ytour CSS sheet isn't activated
