Passing administration

I tried once to delete a forum and i saw a message "you can always pass administration to some other member" or something similar.
I have come to the point that i really wanna do that. I am quiting the forum but it is too important for a lot more people and i need to make a new guy responsible for it.
Can you point to me how i can do this?

Hi, well if you want to hand over your founder account to a new admin, You simply have to give this member your password to your account and allow that member to take it over as the new founder. Or, if you would like to remain founder you can simply add this new member you would like to make admin to your Admin group, giving them control of the admin panel.
