Registration problems Empty Registration problems

I happened to resynchronize my for 2 or 3 times and people have been having problems with registering i put YES for allow new members and everytime it still says admins have forbidden any new members uhhh how can i fix that?

Check in "General / Configuration" if you have set "Forum on holiday" to NO.
