Registration Problems

I would like to disable the authentication of e-mails when users sign up,

I would like to do this as it is causing several problems,

also I would like to add a rep system, how do I know this.

All accounts must be activated either by the member himself or the Admin(s). To change this, go to Admin Panel > Users & Groups > Users Options > "New accounts activation:" > Yes | No > Save

A rep system is currently not possible, however, it has been suggested here => [LINK]
