My portal page button locks and freezes

Hi

I have had several intermittent faults on my forum. This is another message I have received from a member today regarding the portal button freezing. I had members complaining yesterday to.

.Dear Maggie, I'm sorry to bother you, especially as you are so busy with Admin, but I'm unable to access the Portal site. I can navigate around every other site on the forum, but if I select Portal it locks up and freezes. I contacted Microsoft Help and they advised me that they couldn't assist or recognise the fault. I'm up to scratch with Microsoft downloads which normally sort out problems. I have always been able to access Portal until the last few days. Can you advise me? Many thanks, .

Hi Maggie, I have looked at your portal and clicked the portal button numerous times and have not experienced the same problem at all. On my end all seems to be working as expected.

Thank you so much. The members that have reported this are using Internet Explorer. I use Firefox Browser and I am not having this problem. I suggested they downloaded Firefox.
