NoBody Can Register! Empty NoBody Can Register!

I have finished creating my forum and just asked my friend to register and it came up with this message;

Sorry, but that e-mail address is already registered to a user.
Sorry, but this username has already been taken.

I am the only one on the forum please help Sad

Go to your Admin Panel>Users & Groups>Inactive and activate them
