How do I change buttons to text

I can't really find any good buttons for my header section, so I was wondering if anyone knows how to change it to text. And by header section, I mean the spot at the top of the forum where it says "Home, Memberlist, Register, Login" and stuff like that.

You can change the buttons into text by going to admin panel=>Display=>Homepage=>Headers & Navigation and look for this option "Display only images in the link bar " and choose No then click the save button.
