Turning on the "Legend"

I have been looking at completed forums from other posters and find at the bottom of many of their forums they have a legend explaining the icons. I've looked for quite a while now, and can't seem to find an option to turn this on in the admin panel. Could someone help me? Is this an available option, or does it need to be a part of the skin I stuck on my forum?

The legend should automatically show up...with "[Administrator] [Moderator]" Could you show your forum?

And yeah, that shot is there, but that's only the "who's online." When I've looked at other forums, just beneath all that there's a part that shows the icons for New Posts, No New Posts, Locked, etc etc. THAT'S the part I'm trying to get to show.

this option can be found in "Admin Panel / General / Forum / Messages & Email >> set "Display the caption of the posts status" to YES".
