Size of the Letters

Hey all, i'm a new member - I have been searching for such a topic in your website since ages but unfortunatily, I couldn't find anything related.

My problem is that the names of categories (letters) + names of topics (letters) are really small, so it is very hard to observe them. I would be really thanksful if anyone can help me with this -> that is making the letters bigger,

=> Main Font Size : (10)
=> Title Font Size : (13)
=> Title Posts and Category Font Size: (12)

The numbers in brackets () are just fr reference, you can change them as you want

It's impossible to make a big letters in arabic because Windows don't accept this so the worlds are very small.

How can I change the text size in the pannel where the avatar goes. I want to make the text size smaller for the user title and the date joined and the location, etc., without effecting the text size anywhere else in my forum.

The only way is throught the CSS.

In Admin panel > General Admin > Configuration > you enter this code in the site description :
