admin panal keeps changing its letters size

my admin panal keeps changing its letter sizes can some one tell me a solution?
i changed it to A+ it changes to very big letters than i clik A- than again it becomes very small can any one give me a solu tion as fast as u can

you can click on the A+ sign more than once. Try clicking on it multiple times.
