A Couple of Quick Problems Hopefully?

Ok well, i have my Chat box up and it reads this...

General Error

Error in function write_msg()

Im wondering if there is a quick Fix to this?

A couple other things.

When i go to "Group Administration" It tells me this...

General Error

Couldn't obtain ranks data

Then if i try to go to Display i get this....

General Error

Could not get smiley list

Next One is the module Section where i get this...

General Error

Could not query module portal information

When i go to General Section i get this...

General Error
Could not obtain security log information

I was hoping there might be a quick way to fix these?
