General Errors everywhere Empty General Errors everywhere

My forum won't let me view any of the posts or profiles of the members and when I go to look at it as an admin administration, a "General Error" keeps popping up.

Anyone knows what could be causing these errors, please let me know. Also haven't logged into the admin administration in about a week and haven't logged into the forum in about 2 days.

I'm logged in but, it won't allow posting and the header shows up in the chat box!
