php script upload

I've created a form via the html site feature and, well, everything went well. However, in order to submit the form, the user has have an email client. Not everyone has such a thing..and after some research I found those formmail-scripts. I've made one and it went fine as well.
But now comes the problem. I need to upload the php script on my server, according to the site, but I don't know how to do that. I've read that I need a ftp server or something like that?
My knowledge about these things is very limited and help would be appreciated.
To make it short:
1. can I upload the php script onto my forumotion forum?
2. if yes, how?; if no, are there any formmailers(freeware) that don't require this?

As said; to use php, you need access to the server and such.

Since we do not give you that access, it makes that you can't use php on our forums
The only way you could is to use another server

And are there are any sites that let me upload php scripts on their site?
