Upload a script?

I found some scripts that I want to apply to the index page of the forum. Where should I upload the zip files and where should I put the code?

why do you need to upload and what are they?
if they are already in code form you should be able to use them. unless you are trying to add flash or something?

Well, that's the problem. I don't know where should I put the codes.
