Private Members Area

Need some help. I am using the forum for a gaming clan.
Is it possible to have a private area for clan members and not for the forum members. Other Clans/teams will sign up to the forum so that they can post challanges. After an area were we can talk tactics without other forum members seeing what we are talking about.
dont want to give all clan members admin rights if i don't have too.

Make everybody in your clan into a special group, create your forum, and only allow that group access/view/post n whatnot to it.....with the permissions you choose.
