Can't log in to my panel

What's wrong with my pannel?

Everytime when i log in my founder account in my site i alwies have a problem getting into my administration panel..

it said that im not allowed to administer the board?

anyone here can answer this problem?

Have you recently logged in with another, non-admin account? Try to clear the cache of your browser and your cookies.
