Admin log in question

Please forgive me if this is in the wrong place, haven't a clue where else it would go!
I went to log in as admin tonight hoping to change a few things. The log in is completly different then one I've ever seen, there is also a warning on it saying it is insecure.
We had some odd issues earlier this week that a few members thought was hacking. Now I'm concerned about putting in my password.
Can someone just tell me that its normal for it to look a bit different and there is no problem, OR, that it seems strange and not to!
