Admin Question

What if I make a person a Admin, and he turns out to be a hacker(I didn't know he was). And he changes all the other Administrators Emails and passwords(I know he can't touch the founder). Is their a way to make it that Administrator's can only ban Moderators and Members, and touch Moderator and Member Profiles?

by default only Administrator's can ban.
and for the profiles, just edit them and where it says "Moderator" make sure it is un-ticked so that only the member or admin can change them.
