Forumotion updated again and now i've had to close my forum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Major issues with PunBB right now

Once again the base codes were updated and now even when i reset the forum back to default i have access to edit a persons post however i have no options to change it to an announcement or anything

I have now had to close my forum because people are randomly posting and i cant do anything about it

I also noticed that one of the media testing is mainly for Posts!!!!!!!!!

Ok Just noticed, that if i reset back to the basics, the options come back,

If i disable the forum CSS, click "See your forum basic CSS"
Copy that into the box and submit then the options dissappers

now this is stupid because technically it is exactly the same code!!!!!!!

Can someone look into this for me please because obviously it is a CSS issue,
