Html Page Generator

Can i request for a Generator and teach me how to edit it.. when an update happens it means i must

change the code so i need to know how to edit it

Like when you put the link and when you push generate the code will appear may i request for that pls.

I don't know how to make an HTML page sorry ! !! so i'm requesting for that...
