Guests posting links? EDITED

Alrighty, so I have a forum for a site called Dragon Cave. One of my regulars who is signed up is convinced that guests cannot post links. I went to go see if there was an option and there isn't an option in the Admin Panel. If you put the guests down as "Able to write and reply to messages", shouldn't that mean that they would be able to post links? The only category that guests are able to freely reply without signing up is in Dragon Cave section.

Also, I wasn't sure if this went in the Technician forum or here. -.-
So if it is in the wrong forum, I sincerely apologize.

EDIT: When I go into the guests posts, to see if there's anything wrong, there's not any links or anything. I'm not sure what is wrong. If anyone knows what's going on, let me know please.

Guests can post anything if they are allowed to post/reply in any forum, however, they can only post in that particular forum

Also, you can't post in the "Need of a technician ?" forum

It's weird though, I was hoping they'd be able to post their eggs and such, but it's not working, do you think it's broken?
