I created a forum a long time ago,

but I can't remember it's name or password. What do I do, because now that I want to have an actual forum that will be used, I can't because I've already used my email address.

I've checked the FAQ and it wasn't helpful at all, so if I could get some advice, other than making a new email account, that;d be great.

It tells me to specify the forum url, which is what I'm looking for.

If you're forgotten the URL of the forum, then is basically nothing that can be done.
Create a new email account and create a new forum from scratch.

PM Typlo where you provide your founder email. A mail could be sent to this address that will also contain the forum URL.
