You would need to be a mod, global mod or Admin.

no... i saw that user special access is member... i cant post topic in one forum, becouse im not user special access, but i sow that one member post topic there...

To post in the Forum Promotion, you need to have the post displaced there. You need to post in the Presentations SubForum first Wink
The only other place, visible, like that on this forum is the Need of a Technician. Here a staff member displaces threads that need a techie's intervention Wink
