How to Add a Special Users

Hello Everyone out there...i just want to know how to add a special user for the forum.

To do that you must create a group with the permissions you want to give him:

Management Panel - Users and Groups - Administration of groups - to create a new group.

He put the requisite permits and then add the user there.

To sum it all up, special users is just your Moderators, VIP, ect. Once you create a group, and rank, there name and username color will appear there. Along with banned members as well.
