HELP! members can access my admin panel!

Recently I banned someone on my forum, they came back and threatened to delete my forum while under my account, this was not an account hack it's an exploit that anybody with skills can get into any forumotion admin panel with no fuss and do anything that the founder can do.
THIS NEEDS TO BE SOLVED.

And as I said I have no idea.
He keeps changing my personal info to his email to delete my foum.
I need instant help.

put into effect all of the security features immediately. if he is using a password hacker then he might find a problem getting past the security.

Still can access it, even with everything ultra secured.

What exploit should that be? Are there any more details available? It's more likely that he cracked your password - it's highly recommended to choose one with at least 8 random characters, letters and numbers.

I did a backup with the utils and then changed my pass.
I deleted the forum now, there was nothing I can do with it anymore.

Even if he changes your email he will not recieve the email to delete your site you will as it only sends to the email which the forum was made with

Ban his IP address from the forum immediatly. This is the only way to stop his whole computer.

Go into admin to see whos online find him copy his ip then go to users and groups ban control and put his ip in the bottom small box click save

If they have posted any posts, you can check the IP address from where it came from by clicking the IP button

He used proxies, straight away access again.
Oh well forums gone, I guess this is solved in a way.
