You are allowed to display any adds on your forum from google

I know that but the problem is one of them ads one is porn lol
so i really wanna know , how come porn ads on forums ?

You are not allowed to show explicit or pornographic content on your forum and this includes ads

If this is found to be on your forum then your are breaking TOS and your forum may be closed

Additional ads for google can be used

Umm can i use also another PPC program?Like bidvertiser or anything?Cause i want to be paid via Paypal and Adsense pays via check.

Hey,

I suppose you can, but you have to know that you decide what ads will appear on your adsence block.
When creating the block you decide which tags should appear so that it muches to your forum and people click on it.
If cou didnt complete the form random ads came, you can go back to edit it!
