Issue with backup

I'm the root admin of my forum, andromeda.forummotion.com, but I did not create the root admin account (the forum creator gave it to me).

I cannot log into my forums backup because I do not have the creation password and creation email, and the root admin is unavailable. Can a forummotion admin help me out with this?

i do not think they will do anything without the actually founders permission sorry but its best to contact them

I have the founder account's current password, just not the starting one. I could literally delete the boards, but I can't get to the backup.

Unless you are the founder, Forumotion are unable to be of any assistance. I suggest that you try to contact the founder and request the required information, then ask again.
