New message Not popping up

Guys for a couple days now i have noticed that the box for a new private message has not been popping up when i get a new PM. I checked in my profile setting and its set up to allow it. Where in my Administrator panel do i find this set up? Everything worked perfect just 2 days ago

i think thats just one of the problems everyone has since they did that "update fix", i have the same problem along with a few other things i have noticed on my forum but have assumed its just another fault from the bug the tech's are trying to fix
