credits for every post.

You should get some credits everytime you post or make a new topic.

I seen this in other forums and its awesome, and it makes the members post more and often.

Some forums Credits are called biscuits or just points.

"You have earned 5 credits for this post"

and it should show you how many credits each member has under their avatar or their username.

I was here to propose this..

IT's very use full. And depend on how much points you get you get up rank in the forum...

I mean it' almost in every forum..

We have point bar but have to fix them manualy.....

Should be like , we set that at post # 50 you get one rank up.......and so on.

Yeah but it's setted with the amounth of post you do, not with gained credits..

I mean, you could get 1 credit for a post in spam section, and 5 credits for a post in a hot topic, and maybe 3 credits for posting in normal topic. Get no credit for posting in subscription section...
Then set ranks with earned credits instead of with amount of post...
There's a slight difference, and their should be an option to do it in a way or the other..

i think that the forum that did this just used the money system very cleverly, i say yes just cuz im in the mood and it doesnt sound too bad

Indeed this is a good idea. Especially our forum focuses on graphic it will also be good to have pointing system to give to the members. It gives post a meaning... Yet i was thinking what would they do to spend the credits for?

if there were a shop mod, you could have users buy some cool effects, like making their name a color of their choice, or their own rank, stuff like that

you could also make item "for sale", they would spend their points and get a little icon of what they bought or something
